Sleeping and shopping.

Fredrik managed to snap a picture of us this morning. Sometimes I will wake up and she is sucking on my nose... :/ :D

We went shopping today. Picked up a few things here and there that we needed to get. We went grocery shopping, too. And Leia held onto my list for dear life.. :/ :)))

Don't let the picture fool you, she still won't take a pacifier. Not sure why she kept it in this time, maybe because she was so tired. She normally will suck on it for a few seconds and then spit it out. (She spits it really far, too.) But right now she is sleeping well, snoring even.. :D

I made Fredrik put her in a dress this morning.. :D I am tired of people thinking she is a boy!

In front of us in line at a store today, was a woman from our parent group! A slightly older woman, the one that has 2 older children, and then had the twin boys, Viggo and William. (William was Leia's first flirt.) :)) She was buying lots of baby toys.. hmm.. I wonder why?!?! :)

We decided we really need to get a highchair (barnstol), but there is no where around here to buy one. But we are going to get a "walker" .. not sure what they are called in Swedish. Fredrik found a baby store in Bengtsfors (where he works), and he is going to check there on Monday for those couple of things that we need (want) to get. Otherwise we will have to drive to Karlstad and get them there (and we HATE driving to Karlstad - but only because it is so silly that there aren't any stores closer, and it is such a long drive and a waste of gas).

We still can't decide what kind of highchair we want to get. :/ I sorta wanted to get an American kind, the kind that has its own tray. And I think Fredrik likes them, too, now, since he has gotten a good look at them. Or we just go to IKEA in Karlstad and buy the cheapest thing we can find.. :D

It is very windy, but not nearly what we were bracing for.
The neighbor (the blue house down the hill) came by this morning and told us that our cellar door was standing open! We thanked him, and figured that when the chimney guy left, he probably didn't close it very well behind him.

We are going to try to go to Aina's next weekend, and give her her presents for watching after Caesar while we were away and chitchat with her a bit.

And we are trying to decide when we should have Leia's christening. Yes, we decided to go ahead and have one for her. I think it is wrong to baptise a baby, but... We're doing it only for tradition reasons. And we are trying to decide where. If we want to have it here in Åmål, or if we should have it in the church where we got married, at the summer house. So, we'll see.

Groceries are unpacked, I think I am going to go clean the bathrooms now!
